The City of St. Petersburg contracted Cardno-Stantec Inc. in March 2022 to assist in the remediation of Harbor Isle Lake's toxic blue-green algae. Cardno, however, has no known projects involving retention pond water quality remediation or treatment of toxic blue-green algae in water bodies on their company website page. Contracted Meeting minutes deliverables for the monthly project meetings between the City of St. Petersburg and Cardno now Stantec are listed below. Any additional project discussion files between both parties, if ever provided, will be included here. None of these files are publicly posted by the City and they are not available on the neighborhood voluntary HOA public website either.
